Resolve Anxiety, Fears & Panic
If you're struggling with anxiety, you already know the impact it has on your life.
Consciously — rationally — you might know there’s nothing to be scared of. But something inside won’t stop being afraid.
I offer practical and effective ways to help people tame their inner stresses and return to a sense of control.
Your heart doesn’t need to pound and race.
Feelings don’t need to leap up.
You can overcome the urge to escape or overreact.
There is a way forward.
A Simple Metaphor
A simple way of understanding anxiety is that parts of your mind have gone into autopilot about being afraid.

It’s like a machine stuck running at full speed, but the cord that connects to the controls has become unplugged.
Your mind isn’t bad — it just hasn’t yet found a way to genuinely feel at ease.
What’s needed is a kind of reconnection — to the part of your mind that’s racing ahead automatically.
As you begin to understand and reconnect to these deeper parts, they can start to slow down — naturally.

After just one session with Alastair, I was able to almost change my situation in just 3 weeks. When we got to the follow-up session, I no longer felt anxious or insecure in social situations. Fears of judgement were gone. I’m actually more active now — and more comfortable being myself.

In the current world climate my anxiety had left me unable to function. I wasn’t sure I could even explain what was going on in my mind, but it was like he knew exactly what I was feeling. It has helped a lot… he has truly helped to retrain my mind.

How I Help with Anxiety
Everything we do together will be practical — aimed at helping you feel real benefit, right from the start.
I help people reduce anxiety by guiding them to understand what's really happening inside. We’ll uncover the triggers, thought patterns, and emotional reflexes that are keeping you stuck, and I’ll support you in making internal shifts so that your mind and body can begin to relax naturally.
We always begin with what’s current for you. That might be how you’re feeling:
- at work
- in a group of friends
- or in another specific situation.
Or we might begin by understanding something from the past that you don’t want to repeat.
As we work through these experiences, I’ll help you slow things down and make sense of your thoughts and feelings in a way that helps your system find calm.
My approach draws from two powerful models:
- Data Point Coaching — helping you find moments of insight that reshape how you experience the world
- NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) — a body-aware, relational model for resolving anxiety rooted in developmental and relational trauma
Most importantly, this work is collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move at a steady pace that supports a natural path to resolution.
